At present we have three exciting job vacancies to join our amazing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our small Cornish charity doing big things to support young people with physical disabilities in Cornwall.
We work with 14-30 year olds with physical disabilities to develop skills, confidence, support structures and aspirations through fun and sociable activities. We work with our members to challenge the status quo and to be catalysts for improvement in their own quality of life through varied advocacy work. We achieve great things for the young people we work with, and the fundraising role is vital to ensure we can continue to do so.
Due to the success of recent fundraising efforts we have secured long term funding to be able to offer these roles.
Fundraising Officer
We are recruiting someone to build on our past fundraising successes and to continue our relationships with our current funders and develop new relationships with a wider audience.
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 pro rata
Closing date: Noon Friday 5th April 2024
Hours: 21 hours per week worked flexibly. This will include some weekends, evenings and overnight residentials. There is potential for additional hours working on our projects for the right candidate.
Activity co-ordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Illumin8 (14-30 year old) activity programme. This will include planning and running activities and supporting our members.
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 pro rata
Closing date: Noon Friday 5th April 2024
Hours: 35 hours per week worked flexibly. This will include some weekends, evenings and overnight residentials. There is also the potential for a job share or part time working.
Mentoring & 121 Co-ordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Illumin8 (14-30 year old) peer mentor programme and support our members through 121 support.
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 pro rata
Closing date: Noon Friday 5th April 2024
Hours: 21 hours per week worked flexibly. This will include some weekends, evenings and overnight residentials. There is also the potential for full time work supporting our residentials and days activities
