We are looking for community fundraisers who will be responsible for representing Active8 in their local community, spreading the word about who we are and what we do, and planning and delivering local fundraising events so that we can continue to support young people in Cornwall.
Fundraising takes on lots of different forms and we want to give you the freedom to tailor local events to match your interests; whether that’s running pub quizes, barn dances, craft stalls, cake sales, sweepstakes, a combination of these, or something different entirely! We want to support you to deliver the events you think will be successful in your local community.
We are ideally seeking candidates with experience in event planning and community fundraising. However, we value enthusiasm, creativity and transferable skills just as highly. If you are organised, have strong attention to detail and are passionate about our cause, we will provide training to support your development.
